Questions

Reformer Flow, answered

Everything you're wondering before you book your first Flow class.

Do I need experience to join Flow?

Flow follows on from Reformer Foundations. If you're comfortable with the basic reformer setup and positions, you're ready.

Is Flow harder than Foundations?

It moves at a quicker pace and links sequences together, so it asks more of your rhythm and control, not just your strength.

How many people are in a class?

Classes are kept to 10, so you get room to move and guidance when you need it.

What should I wear?

Fitted, comfortable clothing you can move in, and grip socks if you have them.

Can I book a single class or do I need a pack?

You can book online class by class, or choose a pack or unlimited monthly membership.

What if I'm not sure Flow is right for me?

Start with a free trial and our instructors will guide you to the right class for where you are.
